boxing fights that should, but won’t take place

There are a bunch of fights that the fans want to see that for the most part are not likely to happen. Here is a list of fights that I would love to see happen in the future.

*Roy Jones Jr vs Bernard Hopkins rematch- They first fought about 10 years ago and Jones came out the victor in a twelve round decision. Now that they are both aging, but can still fight, why not? Hopkins wants it more than Jones.

*Shane Mosley vs Oscar De La Hoya III- The first fight was a slug fest that favored Mosley. The second fight, De La Hoya schooled Mosley with ease, yet the judges gave it to Mosley. A third fight would be sweet but highly unlikely at this point.

*Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Shane Mosley- I would love to see this fight. Mosley wants Mayweather, but Mayweather doesn’t want Mosley. Probably because he is scared of losing.

*Andre Berto vs Paul Williams- Both guys are young and moving up the ranks. Williams just came off a vicotry of Winky Wright and Bert off Urango. I know Williams is a tad bigger than Berto, but if they fought at a catchweight, it would be doable.

*Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather Jr- This is the mega fight. Even though it doesn’t look too far off, I have a feeling it is. Mayweather demands too much for his own good that may end up swaying this fight dead. Manny is willing to fight anyone, but Freddie Roach & Manny’s people controls his moves.

-Those are my dream match ups I would like to see happen. Let me know if I missed some bouts.
