pac man and junior need to get along

It is time. Time for Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr to come to an agreement. Enough of this beat around the bush type of nonsense. Fans are sick of it.

With Floyd Jr coming off a decision win over Shane Mosley and Manny defeating Joshua Clottey back in March. The logical next move would be for the two to face off. If we get another run around type of match, I might just stop watching boxing.

I hope the powers that be do not mess this up for the fans. We have been waiting sometime now and there is nothing holding them back. Floyd wants his opponents to take Olympic style blood tests before the bout. This originally canceled their first potential fight. Shane did it, why can’t Manny? If he refuses again, he must be hiding something. Hopefully we will see the two meet in November. Only time will tell.

    1. Who knows man…I have a feeling the politics in boxing (Arum) will deceive the fans again. Never say never though.

  1. i’m on the outside here, i know, but i’d rather see Mayweather go up in weight and challenge Sergio Martinez (imagine a catchweight bout between 154-160 for Sergio’s middleweight title.. HOLY S#%!) or Paul Williams.

consider this: if you would have told me 2 years ago… when Pacman was dueling with Juan Manuel Marquez and Shane Mosley struggled to KO Ricardo Mayorga… that floyd mayweather could cement his legacy by beating Pacman and Sugar Shane, i would have laughed.

or more realistically thought, “Floyd has done it again.”

    1. That would be an ultimate test for Floyd. Those are some big boys at 154-160. We all saw that Mayweather is human and can be hurt. While watching the Mosley fight, I thought Floyd was going to be KO’d in the second round. Even his corner looked worried! He prevailed perfectly. I think he will have a tune up at 150 to see how he feels at that weight before he ventures there.
