I just ate some delicious protein pancakes with the help of Chef Jay. These were very easy to make, just follow the directions on the back. You use two scoops (scooper provided) pancake mix and two scoops water. Whisk in a bowl until batter is not too thick, not too lumpy, just right.
Next, pour the batter on a heated cooking pan for about a minute on each side. This makes about three full pancakes, which is plenty for one person. We do have a waffle maker and am excited to use it with Chef Jay’s mix. I have tried Met-Rx’s high protein pancake mix as well and enjoyed it.
